Pastor
White and his
family came
to Linwood in
1997. Not only
do they serve
this local church
but they are
civic minded
involving themselves
in the Gaston
County School
System, fire
protection and
emergency services.
While serving
as Pastor of
Linwood Church,
Pastor White
has continued
his education
earning a Master
of Arts in Pastoral
Ministries in
2004. Then,
in 2006 he received
an honorary
doctrate.
Pastor White
is an Ordained
Bishop in the
Church of God
and has served
his church in
various levels
of leadership
which include
election to
the State Board
of Youth and
Christian Education,
the State Board
of Evangelism
and Home Missions
and has been
elected on four
occassions to
the State Council,
the highest
elected State

wife Sonja
and their
3 children,
Justin, Ryan
and Moriah
came to the
Linwood family
in June of
1997. They
have now served
Linwood and
Gaston County
for over 10
years. |
